Contract terms

What holds for accounts, payments, bonuses and identity checks, printed on the inner sleeve in plain words.

1. Eligibility

To register and listen you must be 18, or older if the legal age where you live is higher. Whether online gambling is lawful in your country is yours to confirm.

2. Operator and licence

Lucky Boom Casino is published by MAIREKE LIMITADA of Costa Rica, which holds the licence from the Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority. These contract terms fall under the law of the State of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros.

3. Your account

One artist, one account. Give correct details, see that the account name matches your payment method's name, and keep your login private.

• Duplicate accounts under one name, device or payment method may be dropped without notice.
• Formal requests, self-exclusion and account closure included, are accepted only from your registered email address.

4. Deposits

Payments must come from an instrument in your own name. The smallest deposit is €20, or €40 at the fifth track's bonus.

• Cards: up to 10 purchases a day and 40 a month, with €10,000 a day and €15,000 a month per card at most.
• Fiat and crypto sit on separate shelves and can't be merged.

5. Withdrawals and verification

Full KYC comes before every royalty payment: an official photo ID, a selfie holding it, and a bank statement or utility bill under three months old, with matching names. As an AML measure, deposited money must be played at least three times first.

• Minimum withdrawal €40; requests reviewed within two business days.
• Ceilings on non-jackpot royalties: €20,000 a week and €50,000 a month. Jackpot royalties are uncapped.
• A withdrawal above a method's single-cheque limit may be paid in instalments.
• A pending withdrawal can be pulled back before it completes; the money returns to your play balance.

6. Bonuses

Every bonus must be switched on in your profile before the qualifying deposit; it can't be added to a deposit afterwards. Only one bonus record can spin at a time.

• Debut-EP wagering is ×40; the first live bonus is ×15.
• Top stake while playing through: €5 per spin or round, €1 on track one.
• Airplay share: slots 100%, live sessions 10%, table games and video poker 0%.
• Maximum earnings across all bonuses: €10,000; maximum collected after the run: ten times the opening bonus.
• Requesting a withdrawal while a bonus spins cuts that bonus and its balance from the pressing.

7. Dormant accounts

A record untouched for six consecutive months is charged €10 a month for as long as a positive balance remains.

9. Changes to these terms

Terms, bonus rules and limits get re-pressed from time to time, so read the current edition before accepting an offer. If a translation differs from the English text, the English text prevails.
