Before you write

Write from the email you signed up with so the demo is matched fast; the system uses that address for KYC files, self-exclusion and account closure.

• Attach the account email and a line describing the issue to your demo.
• Before a royalty payout, finish KYC; accounts still in verification stay in the queue longer.
• Requests are reviewed within two business days; after the check, the pressing time depends on your payment method.

Requests that must come from your registered email

• Self-exclusion: in force within 24 hours, for six months at the very least.
• A seven-day break from the studio.
• Dropping the contract for good.
• Password recovery: use the reset link on the login page; it goes to your registered email.
