Listen responsibly

Spending caps, a seven-day pause, a stop button for good and independent groups that listen.

18+

Printed on the label: Lucky Boom is published by MAIREKE LIMITADA (Costa Rica) under an Anjouan Offshore Financial Authority licence, and its terms follow Anjouan law. The licence is offshore, not national, so confirm that online gambling is legal where you live before you play.

Our commitment

Each Lucky Boom page carries an 18+ marker and a begambleaware.org link. Spend only what you can afford to lose, and never try to win back what you've lost.

Tools available to you

• Self-exclusion by email from your registered address: it begins within 24 hours and locks the account for six months at least.
• Cooling-off: a seven-day pause on request.
• Session awareness: track how long you've listened and what you've spent, and give your ears a rest.
• Parental control: advice on keeping devices and logins away from minors.

Know the signs

Turn the volume down, or ask for help, if you:

• listen longer or spend more than you planned;
• borrow, or skip other obligations, to keep listening;
• feel restless or snappy when you try to stop the music;
• hide your listening from people close to you.

Keeping control

• Set a budget and a time limit before you press play.
• Treat it as paid entertainment, never as a royalty income.
• Don't press play when you're upset, tired or after a few drinks.
• Rest regularly and read through your transaction history.

Where to get help
